The prices indicated are in euro all taxes included and excluding shipping
costs.

In the European Union, and outside the European Union, prices include VAT
and French rights.

VAT rate 20% VAT on all products.

Invoices will be sent by email on request, a delivery slip will be accompanied
by your goods

The Coutellerie Du Bastion guarantees the quality of all its products.

Credit Card: transaction managed, and secured by Paybox service.

PayPal Check in Euros. The sending of cash by post is prohibited.

Deliveries are made in the detailed countries Article 6 Shipping costs outside
these areas contact us.

The delivery time is 3 to 15 working days. In case of unforeseen circumstances,
the customer will be informed by email.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer has a right of 14 working days to retract.

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right to retract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the property.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form but it is not mandatory:

For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Retractation effects

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen, if delivery other than the less expensive standard delivery method proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, this refund will not cause any costs for you.

You must return or return the property to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is considered respected if you return the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

In case of dispute, we invite the customer to seek an amicable solution taking
contact with the company of the BASTION.

Registration information is confidential. They are protected by law 78-17 relating
to computers, files and liberties of the January 6, 1978. You have a right to access,
rectify and delete data you about.
